Breakfast included. Child rates are for ages 2 to 12; under-2s stay free. Up to 20 guests, no visitors.Extra guests: NT$1,500 per adult and NT$800 per child on weekdays; NT$2,000 per adult and NT$1,200 per child on peak nights and weekends.Public holidays: if both the day you arrive and the day after are holidays, the weekend rate applies; if only one is, it's the peak rate. Before you book

Check-in & check-out: Check-in 15:00, check-out 11:00. We can't offer early check-in, as we need the time to get the house ready.
Guests: The whole house sleeps up to 20 (children under 2 don't count). If more guests will be staying, let us know by the day before you arrive. Sorry, no visitors: anyone who turns up without being booked in is charged 1.5 times the extra-guest rate.
Deposit & payment: Once we've confirmed your dates on LINE, we'll hold them for three days. To secure them, transfer a 50% deposit within those three days and send us the last five digits of the account you paid from, along with the name and phone number for the booking. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit arrives. If it hasn't arrived within three days, we'll release the dates. The balance is due when you arrive, by bank transfer or in cash.
Changes & cancellations: If you cancel 60 or more days before arrival, we'll refund your deposit in full, or you can move your dates once for free. From 59 to 14 days before, we refund half. Less than 14 days before, the deposit isn't refundable. If a typhoon or other force majeure makes the trip impossible, you'll get a full refund; cancellations for personal reasons follow the policy above. And if someone else books your dates after you cancel and pays in full, we'll refund you in full too.
Typhoons: If Nantou County closes offices and schools for a typhoon on your arrival day, you can move your dates for free or get a full refund.
Pets: You're welcome to bring one pet. There's a NT$800 cleaning fee and a NT$3,000 deposit, which we refund at check-out if there's no damage or lingering smell.
Food: We can order the food for your barbecue (confirm at least four days before you arrive). For groups of 15 or more, we can do the grilling too.
